With this erection pump you have control over the blood pressure in the penis. The Vacurex system utilises the physical principle of positive and negative pressure. By pumping the air out of the sealed cylinder with the vacuum pump, the pressure inside the cylinder decreases. How long can I wear the constriction ring?

Never wear the constriction ring for longer than 30 minutes at a time. After use, allow at least 60 minutes rest before using the pump again. Always use the largest ring that still works effectively for you, and never fall asleep whilst wearing the ring. When removing the ring, it is wise to use plenty of water-based lubricant.
